We have to deal with it, we grow old. That is the mainly sure way we have to go. All of us move through a progression of maturing where we mature. At first from childhood we cultivate things, you consider how fired up your mother and father were when they noticed your very first tooth?

As we grow we develop almost every part of our human body. There was a moment when we were nervous because of the first hair that we saw in our underarms. We have gone through a precious time when our voices became lower in our teen ages.

Instance, a section in our human brain that produces dopamine due to degeneration starts to be non-active triggering muscle instability just like what you see in individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

Yes and there are a lot more conditions that are caused by this degeneration due to aging. We cannot stop that from happening. But we can always do things while we are still young. Fitness training is the response. We must always be lively in order to preserve that good condition we have.
