Never engage too much in exercise and do not be hooked up with your figure as it may affect your approach in fitness. If you are overly concerned with your body and stats it is most likely that you will endure this addiction.

The best thing that you can also do is to have a examination with a psychologist or a psychiatrist as they are professionals in everything with regards to the state of your mind. As we have talked about fitness training won't only involve physical but also your psychological health.
